I offer in-person therapy in my office in the Capitol Hill area on Saturday afternoons.
I offer phone appointments Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings.
Although Telehealth is convenient and eliminates barriers such as travel time, it is not for everyone. It requires that you have a space that is private where you can talk uninterrupted for the duration of our session. We can discuss this together to see if engaging in therapy this way would be beneficial to you.
Please note that not all insurance companies cover telehealth.
